WHIRC would like to thank all our customers, dealers, manufacturers, and peers that attended our 12th annual Partner Symposium, which was held at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel in Prior Lake on Thursday, September 28th.

This year’s event was focused on the theme, Together We Transform. One of the highlights of the day-long event was the four-person dealer panel, which gave guests the opportunity to discuss several topics including impacts from the pandemic, labor and staffing, and upcoming technology sunsets. Our panel of industry peers shared best practices and insights into how they see the business changing and how the adapting to the changes.
Guest speakers from Resideo, OpenEye, Alula, M2M, and Avycon presented their latest products and shared insight into future developments in the Security Industry. Vendors took questions from the audience on a variety of topics including their, products, platforms, ad latest technology.
Back for the second year our keynote speaker Jeff Pankoff, owner of Sandler Training, talked about the sale process, sales tactics, and the process for navigating the sales pain funnel.
Dealer comments heard throughout the day “Great Event”, “Thank you very much! I always learn so much”, and “I enjoy and look forward to this event every year.”

WHIRC would like to thank all our customers, dealers, manufacturers and peers that attended our 11th annual Partner Symposium, which was held at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel in Prior Lake on Thursday, September 30.
If you couldn’t join us this year, here’s what you missed…
This year’s event focused on the theme Here When You Need Us. One of the highlights of this day-long event was a four-person Dealer Panel, which gave guests the opportunity to discuss issues they are having with their own businesses, including supply shortages. Our panel of industry peers offered strategies to overcome them and discussed changes they have made to their own businesses since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Guest speakers represented Alula, Anelto and Residio. Each speaker highlighted their latest products and shared insight for what lies ahead in the security industry. The audience had several questions for the presenters and the vendors were on hand throughout the day to answer questions and showcase the latest technology.
Keynote speaker Jeff Pankoff, owner of Sandler Training, talked about the hiring process, the sales process and coaching. He stressed The Six P’s: Planning, Positions, People, Processes, Performetrics and Passion.
“Thank you for everything you do to put this great day together. I learn so much from this,” said attendee John Krus.
“(It was a) great Symposium,” added attendee Andy Knott.
After canceling the 2020 Symposium due to Covid restrictions, WHIRC was happy to once again provide this free educational opportunity for customers and industry partners. If you missed the opportunity this year, we hope to see you in 2022!

I’d like to personally thank all our customers, dealers, manufacturers and peers that attended our 10th annual Partner Symposium, which was held at Crown Plaza Minneapolis Northstar Downtown on June 20, 2019. With this being WHIRC’s 25th anniversary year, our event focused on all the new technology and how to build your business for the future.
This full day of networking and learning include a four-person Dealer Panel, which gave guests the opportunity to discuss issues they are having with their own businesses. Our panel of industry peers offered strategies to overcome them. Guest speakers represented LogicMark, Interlogix, Alula, Residio and Hedge Tactical Solutions. In addition, these vendors were on hand to answer questions and showcase the latest technology.
This year’s Symposium kicked off with a Twin’s game the night before that gave everyone the opportunity to enjoy a beautiful Minnesota summer evening. It was fun to see our partners outside the workplace in the relaxed setting of Target Field.
